OSM map - local leaflet

A basic leaflet map as in this example, but it is pointing to a copy of leaflet downloaded to a 'leaflet' directory (local). Also some tweaks to credit text.

Note: This is pointing at 'standard' OpenStreetMap tile servers. You might prefer other 3rd party alternatives, which also make use of OpenStreetMap data (and still requires OpenStreetMap credit). Use of this 'standard' style must be in accordance with OpenStreetMap's tile usage policy
